What did you do WITH your F-150 today?

Colorado to Cali. 18hrs, 2 days and zero complaints. 2 electric motorcycles, 2 mountain bikes, and tools in the trailer, and a minimal camp setup inside the FWC Project M camper. Will do 2 weeks in Cali bouncing between hotels, HipCamp and maybe some state parks…. THIS is why I went with an F150 — fast, powerful and versatile.

Drove the family from San Diego to Tucson pulling a Jayco TT. Our first long distance trip in our PB and pulling a trailer. Kids did great. Plenty of legroom for my teenage boys. Truck and trailer did great despite some nasty headwinds.
I backed up my trailer in my dad's driveway and now he's jealous of the pro-trailer backup assist functionality.

For some reason "Home Depot Dad" truck owners get sh!t on on most truck forums, lol! Truthfully, this is my FIRST HD run since buying this truck over a year ago. 4x8 Sheetrock, no problemo. And bonus: picked up some extra wood rounds no one wanted (and for good reason: they were a bear to split with the maul....)

Tried to get to work, by the time I got close to the lake I couldn’t see a foot in front of the truck. Turned around. Truck would have made it, I just couldn’t see. Pics on the way back. Day off. The 4WD worked great!

It did not but I was in some decent snow so there was a lot of room for slippage

The aftermath today on the lakefront. Managing a jobsite directly on Lake Erie presents its challenges this time of the year. Yes, my truck is on about 4” of solid ice. 2 more feet of snow expected tomorrow.

Had a ski trip planned and at the last second, decided to bring our mtn bikes. And it's a good thing: the ski hill closed today due to warm rain :-(.

Definitely appreciate the Softopper. When we decided to bring the bikes, took about 15-20 min to take off the soft-roll toneau cover and put the Softopper on. Then another 5min for bike rack and toss in all that gear (bins for the win!)
Once we got to the hill, folded up the Softopper and put on the tailgate pad (so much easier at the trailhead than our model of bike rack).
