Probably on purpose cause they want people using Apple Maps, not Google maps.
Apple Maps will display directions in the gauge cluster but when I use Google Maps it won't.
CarPlay thing I'm guessing. If I were to use Android auto, Google Maps would probably display directions in my cluster.
Hooked up the trailer to tow it to the dealer for it's annual spring inspection.
The shrub blocking the one trailer tire makes it look like we own the longest single axle travel trailer ever built.
Same. I'm 6'1" - 34" inseam. But when my wife or daughters drive the truck the pedals are moved all the way closest to the seat. They usually don't move them back and it's noticeable right away, lol (really wish we had memory seats)
Pedal location would be the first thing I'd check. I...
I predict the 15th gen will debut June 2028.
Ordering to begin Sept 2028, Canadian build and price will go live March 2029 and Ford will start shipping 15th gen 2028's in July 2029 after they've ripened in a field for 9 months.
Man, I think most other manufactures will have the 2025 order banks open before lots of you get your 2024's... I wonder if Ford will delay the 2025 model year ordering... When did that usually start happening July / August?
I hope @Ford Motor Company is paying attention to threads like this and taking notes.
Upping prices on trucks while taking away options and features plus dumbing down the app will not help keep me a Ford customer.
Would the Ford equivalent to a Colorado ZR2 be a Ranger Raptor?
Agreed. The price difference between a ZR2 and Ranger Raptor is nuts.
These are both CDN prices on base trucks with no options added.
20K more for the Ranger over the ZR2? I just don't see it.
There's also this one:

I didn't see anywhere that it said it would NOT work with an Ecoboost. It is possible I missed it though.....
Agreed. Aren't updates usually to add features / benefits for the users?
This seems like a step backwards.
I'm still bent they took away the OnBoard scales and SmartHitch features on a previous update.
Ford should keep the current features and add stuff in like being able to roll down...
This. Tried it myself and reverted back.
Hopefully if Ford forces this version on us, they add those features back in.
Already lost my OnBoard Scales and Smart Hitch info off of FordPass in a previous update.
