Reread the original post, nowhere in there does he mention the footrest in the drivers side footwell. He mentions that, based on trim, there is a differing amount of legroom. He suggests that powered seats adjust forward and backward less than manual seats.
I am also 6’1” and weigh about 255 lbs. I have a 23 STX and a 22 platinum. I can tell no difference in leg room. I prefer the platinum adjustability since those seats also go up and down, among other adjustments
Dry ice cleaning is a very aggressive type of cleaning. I wouldn’t be willing to be a guinea pig on such a new vehicle and potentially harm the anti corrosion native to the vehicle and all the wiring/rubber hoses. It may not hurt the vehicle, but I’d find a different way to do it. Or come back...

I generally agree, but even now, several model years later, I STILL hate the fugly 18-20’s
I do think the 24 could grow on me though. As long as you like your purchase, that’s good enough for me
I’d love to see it come back, it wouldn’t be hard to make a 3-piece appliqué either. That black appliqué is a real eye catcher, except on black of course
To the best of my knowledge, no trim has the tail gate appliqué anymore. Which is a real shame, it’s honestly one of the biggest selling points for me personally for a plat over a lariat
Both of these responses are correct. If you’re going aftermarket, you can get direct plug and play. If you’re going factory LED, there’s a bit of wiring and programming involved
You can run a fish tape or wire hanger from the drivers side of gear selector switch to the glove box, just take off the L-shaped trim pieces on the sides of the center console. It take a little bit of finagling, but it's a lot better than pulling everything apart. I have done this a few times...
