The next day? How about 2 hours later...you know how it is in Oklahoma. Wind and dust. There is really nothing that can stop the madness. I have cleaned and detailed my S197 Mustang, taken photos, immediately put it in the garage and not driven it for a week and when I pull it out it looks like it was just driven through the desert. Really sad!amen, my wife all black Highlander is caked every day....what quick detailer you use, anything that doesn't attract dust the very next day? LOL
HOW IS IT THAT DAMN CLEAN!?I cleaned mine today. It was yellow from all the pollen and dust over 2 weeks. I am glad to say it's back to being a black truck again.

I am curious about theTruck's dirty as hell, but just did spring service and tire changeover. Wheels were powder coated matte black over the winter and I picked up some Tremor-takeoff General Grabber ATXs. Really happy how it turned out! Next up:
- Black Gorilla lug nuts (maybe tonight)
- Bilstein 5100 rear shocks
- Black out chrome lettering on fender badges
- Black out tailgate Ecoboost badge
- Black out tailpipe tip (undecided - I have the high temp paint but not sure if I love the look of others' who have posted here)
I’m just going to use plastidip to coat the chrome lettering on the oem sport fender badges. Nothing crazy, not bothering to replace the badges themselves. This way it’s easy to peel of and undo for whatever reason.I am curious about the
Where did you get them?
- Black out chrome lettering on fender badges
I have installed
- black vinyl wrap on ford front and back emblems (worked great)
- black lug caps - really pleased with them
- tint to front windows
(Bunch of stuff on inside as well).
I am planning to paint the exhaust tip as well now that weather has warmed up.
Would like to get cover the chrome lettering on badges if possible.
Thanks in advance.
That's what I did and after a year they still look like the day I dip'd them.I’m just going to use plastidip to coat the chrome lettering on the oem sport fender badges. Nothing crazy, not bothering to replace the badges themselves. This way it’s easy to peel of and undo for whatever reason.
