Picked it up after getting Line X done a week ago. Put down the old bed mat I had, put my tonneau cover back on, installed the boxlinks and swing case.

How does that RotopaX mount to the swing case? I also have a swing case and like the way you mounted that.
i mounted a piece of 1/8" aluminum plate to the inside of the case to support the weight.
used all SS hardware, and thru bolted the rotopax mount to it. i can take pics tomorrow.
i had the same set up on my 2019 Ranger...works like a champ! best way to carry an extra couple gals of gas.

I figured you did something like that but was trying to see if there was a way to do it without drilling through the swingcase. A bunch of Velcro strips might not be strong enough especially if the road or trail gets really bumpy.

yeah, you will definitely need some sort of backing plate.
i used a dab of black silicone on holes.
Mine are also under a tonneau cover too.
the shovel and snow brush are mounted in Quick-fists and bolted to the case tops w/silicone also.

Random question, but do the swing cases touch if you were to have them both swung open parallel to the tailgate?

Also, it looks like it can, but in your pic with the swing case half swung open parallel(ish) with the tailgate, would the tailgate close? I occasionally have some large coolers that take up almost all the bed space, but there is roughly 10-12" of space between the cooler and the tailgate and being able to have the swing case open to sit between the tailgate and the coolers when closed would be pretty clutch for me. TY!

no, they do not touch when they swing thru their range of motion, not in an F150. In my 2019 Ranger, they did.
when they are swung out to be parallel with the tailgate, they sit Over the tailgate, so no it wont close with them in that position... and they wouldn't have anything holding them in place. The cases lock in place into their latch on the bed side.

Great choice. I upgraded my PB Platty to 34” KO2’s a few weeks ago and am thrilled with them! β€˜Can’t wait for the first snow to test these bad boys.

I had them on an old Pathfinder that I used to take north regularly to ski country. Loved them! From all I’ve read, the newer model is superior in many ways - including in snow.

I replaced the side PowerBoost badges with black ones to match the BAP side vents badges I put on last week. They are much easier to see in person and didn't photograph well.

I've been eyeing these (or similar ones) on ebay. I figured the paint would hold up much better than plastidip. Then I realized that when they fixed a scratch my driver door before I took delivery, they never put the powerboost emblem back on (took me a solid 6 months to notice!). I'm still deciding if I should do it since i have no way of marking where the driver one goes without guessing.....

I do like the look though :)

Installed a NOCO Genius GenPro 10x1 onboard charger that I bought on Cyber Monday for a great price. I have been getting the deep sleep message for awhile now since I don't drive it much so I wanted a way to keep the battery healthy and topped off. Hoping this will also help with receiving updates in the future. For now, I dry mounted it on top of the fuse box temporarily but am going to attach it with Velcro strips tomorrow. I routed the plug down inside the front right wheel well and have it exiting near the fender. When not in use I will stuff the plug back behind the wheel well cover which should keep it clean. If this method doesn't work out the way I am hoping I will probably install a waterproof outlet.

Hmm. I got the Genius 2D... What are the benefits you see from going with the Genius10?

(I liked that the 2D had a mounting solution included)

Thanks! I did get them off eBay for like $58. I think if you were to buy just the regular ones, they are like $28 or $29 a piece. I have my old ones still. The PowerBoost emblems are on there pretty good, and this was my first time I have removed emblems in the cold. Heating them up helps!

No real benefit and to be honest I didn't even look at the 2D, which would have been cheaper and easier to mount.

I also got this. I haven't figured out where to put it yet, but I'm thinking of putting a black license plate up front and mount it there (Same with an anderson plug for my quick release jumper cables)
