I got a call today from Ford offering me a three year subscription to BlueCruise for $600. Not a bad deal and I told him I’d think about it and he gave me a 30 day free “trial” to get me more interested. I didn’t use it that much before so I don’t believe I’ll take the deal but it makes me wonder how many people are actually paying for it for them to try and lure people like that.

It's $800yr for everyone else. I too am curious on the uptake rate, both the 600/3 and the 800/1. Couldn't imagine it being very high. They really need a monthly pricing model that's cheap enough people don't cancel over on recurring billing.

Several months ago, I got an email from the renewal reminder process offering me the $600/3 years. I took it considering the amount I use BlueCruise and the standard $800/year rate they are asking for.

I can justify around a dollar a day for BlueCruise, not more.

Not due for renewal until late 2025, but I'd bite at 600/3; any higher and I'd most likely pass.

it was 750 CAD (~550 freedom units) for me, so I took it. Given my use case, I'd say it's a great feature. I've had it since I got the truck in Oct of 2021, so I've watched it improve month after month. Makes long Alberta drives a breeze.

Got an email today offering 1 year blue cruise for $250. When I check my FordPass app there are options for 1 year/$250, 3 year/$600 or 1 month/$75. Sounds like not many folks were willing to pay the ridiculous rates they've been charging. I rarely used it when it was active but if they cut the cost in half from those rates I might get interested.

Ford, you are better to sell more for less than less for more, and the latter is more profitable.
