New OTA update after 3.5.4?

There is a 4th download indicator it doesn't have a bell but a picture of a lock. And that's what I have.

What does it say when you tap it? Doesn’t look greyed out so there should be at least some info there.

At that point I’d be contacting my dealer to see if they know anything or could diagnose any problems on their side. Because it wasn’t on the list I sent, doesn’t seem like a normal or standard status.

I have a mongoose cable so I'm going to fix it myself, it's just -31F here right now.

In some cases, I check 15-20 trucks a day. I can't keep track of everyone's individual issues on memory alone.

Go to the screen where you schedule the updates, set it for 10 minutes from whatever time it is when you sit in your truck and see if it installs.

I don't know for sure what update this one is as you checked and there were no updates logged as being sent to my truck after 3.5.4 which successfully installed.

I remember that. I just checked your truck again and it still shows no OTA in queue. Very strange indeed.

Unfortunately I don’t think they ever have.
I got 1.6 followed later by 1.4 way back when…..

After getting PU1009 on 2/16, I now have PU1007 in my queue. Going to give it the green light in a bit after I take my lunch break.

Mine is installing now since I got home.

Just got this one early this afternoon. It said approx 38 min to install, but took less than that, about 25 min or so. Happy to see OTA's running again.

I forgot I had auto updates set to 2:30pm. I come out of Wendy's and I can't get into my truck to leave as it is applying the update now. GREAT. lol

Well finally! I never thought it would happen. I actually got an OTA update. I am convinced that there is an issue with getting an OTA while on 3.5.2 or before. Now, not necessarily everyone has this issue, but I believe that it is an issue. I went to my dealer on Tuesday of this week and forced them to update my truck. I had 3 failed attempts at 3.5.3 trying to OTA. It took them 4 hours, but I left with 3.5.3. Now just a few days later, 3.5.4 OTA. There is definitely a link. To those that are in my shoes, put your foot down with your dealer. Mine actually tried to scare me out of doing the updates once I got there for my appointment. Let's just say I had a nice chat with the shop manager after that. We party a lot of money for these trucks and the technology. We should expect, and deserve, nothing but prompt attention and things should work.

Does anyone know what model years 1009,1010 apply to? I just got 1007, and am wondering if I'll get the shifting update for my 21 PB.
