I "hang out" at my dealership a good bit when I get service or am browsing vehicles. I know several sales and service dept personnel fairly well. Heck I even have the service advisor's phone number and I just text her to set up my appointments.
That said, I don't feel like they should treat...
I'm team Frank on this one. Removing your tailgate, regardless of the reason, should not cause an issue. And if it does, Ford should have designed an easy way to correct it.
Now, if the procedure was done incorrectly or someone broke something, that would be different. Otherwise, warranty...

Same. I'm running full synthetic at 3333 changes (nominal of course). That has me doing maintenace at 10k for the other stuff that lines up. Honestly the oil smells and looks a little nasty at that point. Cheap insurance.
