Dealerships can't get you an OTA, or force one to come. They can update you to the same level (or further) than what the current OTA version is, but likely won't do so.

Your truck is on Sync 22177, so you aren't too far behind in OTA's. Good luck getting your dealer to update the truck since Ford does not pay them for the hours of labors it takes to do so, but some people have convinced their dealer to do it. You can try, but I would not have high expectations.

So is their no way to update with my OBD2. I've changed some settings using FORscan. Why can't we install official OTA's this way?

You can. You need a $600 Mongoose OBDII tool and you need to pay Ford for access to their software.

Taking my '21 Powerboost into the dealer this Thursday to, hopefully, get Blue Cruise working. I figured I would give them a shot before the pricey DIY route. I got a bunch of updates recently (Power-Up 4.2.4) but still no Blue Cruise. Fingers crossed

That's because Ford started pushing out OTA's out of sequence. Ford did re-open the 21G01 campaign recently and another member here with a situation like yours was able to get all the older updates including BC through his dealer. Good luck.

I have the mongoose cable, i paid the 50usd for 2 days on motorcraft and i cant log in . I dont know wich is my problem. Have everything to connect and cant. already unistall programs and installed again. I do the internet test and was ok. i try with ip from my country (Argentina) and use VPN and use ip from USA. alwais same problem. User Authentificacion has Failed .
I dont have installed TCU so i need to do it over FDRS.

Use the middle option independent/non dealer. Also best to post questions in the FDRS thread.

You can try the forgotten password option too?

My login for Motorcraft uses my full email address and not a simple username. Did you try using your full email?
