So based off some searching, it looks like the only way to disable the door chime is through Forscan? The whole buckle unbuckle piece is just for the seat belt chime which can be disabled in settings anyway. Would Forscan impact warranty if alert times are the only settings you adjusted?

Have anyone try to take of seatbelt and open the drivers door while in drive? It automatically goes in park. Though that was nice safety feature.

Not so much a tip about the truck itself, but something I did that I'm kinda liking.

In last few years I've found that a few bumper "stickers" I got were magnets. Like them a LOT more because I can take them off without worrying about residue or easily move location if I want.

A while back I bought "magnetic printer sheets" from Amazon and I made/printed my own bumper sticker/magnets for the truck.

I've made/printed a few that I plan to put on truck and they came out nicely.

the aluminum body of the F150 is not magnetic, so this will not work on any 2015 or newer F-150.

A few questions too of things bugging me so far. All first world problems, but things that are slightly annoying.

1. Is there a way to have it keep the drive mode I was last in when I start it up again. Annoying me that it keeps reverting to "normal".

2. Is there a way to reduce volume of the backup signal when reversing? Wife said it was very loud.

3. I have NAV set up to show traffic, but I'm not seeing any traffic indication on the map. Am I missing something?

This would take care of your #2. It's an inexpensive, easy to install mod. Eliminates sounding like a garbage truck when you back up. Also makes the vehicle a lot quieter overall. No more fake electric "engine" noise.

Is there a way to get the vehicle icon / photo in the FordPass app to update? I added it to my account before it was built, so it shows a Lightning. On the tracker sheet, it originally showed a Lightning, but once it started getting built it changed to show the actual truck rendering.

Sooo just got my shiny new truck with the manual telescoping tow mirrors.

Can I fold them in? And if so how? I had a quick try but couldn’t figure it out. Also the telescoping function…do I just pull on them to extend them?

That’s exactly how they work. Push them to fold in, pull them to extend.

They may be a little “sticky” because they are new, but no real tricks to doing it.

I would like to know a way to trick the system to keep the recirculate on. I’ve tried many ways and was told a few ways on the forums but still shuts off after a few mins.

THIS IS WEIRD BECAUSE SOME HAVE THIS ISSUE AND SOME DONT. I HAVE THE RECIRC ON AND IT HAS NEVER SHUT OFF. EVER! UNLESS I TURN IT OFF. IT IS STILL ON WHETHER I REMOTE START, USE APP, OR PUSH THE BUTTON ON THE DASH.

I think that all you have to do is remove truck from the app and add it back in again. It should show the correct picture of your truck. If not, delete the app and reload it and sign in again.

The 2021's have LED headlights. At least mine does.

No LEDS even an option on a rcsb,not even with XLT option which is the highest trim level available oin a regular cab. Kinda crazy but thats how it is

I did this and it worked...kind of. My towing mirrors in the pic have an overlay of regular mirrors...i have hybrid mirrors! LOL

My tow mirrors has that mirror rendering issue throughout the build months and even after it was delivered. And then suddenly FordPass rendered the truck accurately. I was surprised.
