Forgive me if this is a dumb question, where do I see what power up version I'm at currently?

Just got the Power Up 2.8.2 update on my 2021 Job 2. My first update as well.

Just got 2.8.1z. For those who aren’t getting updates: make sure your truck is connected to your home wifi and also set an update schedule (just saying auto doesn’t seem to be enough, a schedule is needed)

I had stopped getting updates for a while and found that the schedule and wifi connection I had set back when I first got the truck were gone, probably cleared by an earlier update. After putting that back in I have been getting updates nearly weekly now and sounds like may be just about caught up.

Job 2 2021 truck as well. I’ve been at version 21136 revision 134 since I picked it up in October of 2021. No updates since then even though WI-FI is connected, Auto update is checked and schedule is set. Non BC equipped. I can’t even see the Sync Version through the App or website.

EDIT: Well spoke to soon, just checked the app again and its showing a successful update for Power-Up 2.8.2 prepping it for future updates. Still didn’t change the Sync version though.

I'm on the same version of Sync. Has yours updated to a newer version?

No it has not updated. Just that 2.8.2 Powerup is all I’ve gotten since I got my truck 10/21.

My 2021 (job 1 I think) fully loaded 302A still doesn’t have cams at motion. But I did get several updates in the last month. I got 2.7.3 today.

I have a 2021 job 1 302a. Just got 2.8.3 update and bed cam while driving is active. Got a flurry of updates over the last couple weeks. With getting an update almost every 3 days I've the last couple weeks.

I noticed that I just got this "22-PU0614-SRV-RC" update about a week or so after I had gotten 2.8.2. I just checked and while it reset to default with no day or time selected in the scheduler, it also didn't fix the issue where I can only select one day in the scheduler versus all days. So an update to allow me to get better updates disabled the scheduler.

I’m confused on how you see the version? I ever see a 2.8.x or whatever, just a bunch of numbers on the ‘about screen’ of the sync system. Anyone help clear this up?

I see that, but again, I have no clue where you even see the version? All I see is a build # etc etc, I don’t see a 2.8.5 or whatever

I've only seen mine when I got the last update. I didn't know what I had before that. ymmv.
