I looked back into the vehicle history with more detail, and I see the APIM update failed when they did it. Then, they performed a module repair for the APIM and TCU which was successful. However, after they recovered the module, they didn't try to update it again.

Would it be possible to get someone to check my VIN? My truck listed 3.5.3 as pending for several days and now is just reporting “Your system is up-to-date.” Based on what I’ve been seeing with everyone else’s 3.5.3 updates I don’t think it installed…

You are correct. The OTA campaign expired 10/24. Reason for install failure is: "The TMC received confirmation that the command was successfully delivered to the device but the device did not provide a response to the command prior to its expiration."

No, I do not know what that means. lol The update was sent to your truck but your truck did not respond to it. I have no idea why this happens. I have seen this many times checking people's trucks.

It will get sent to you again, but there is no way of knowing when. This is the update that gives you full screen AA/CarPlay. I have been waiting over a month for it to get sent to me and nothing. It's a cool feature and all, but not enough to get me to go to the dealer or buy another FDRS license to do it myself. When I get it, I get it.
