You NEED a new battery. I would go get one myself and put it in but I'm inpatient so I don't suggest you do the same. You should take it to the dealor and let them load test the battery and replace under warranty when it fails. It's a known issue that ford had a pretty large batch of bad batteries.only once a long time ago and it was because I left my dash cam plugged in. However, I know that either my battery doesnt hold charge too well or my alternator is weak because my start stop never works except for long road trips and the exterior lighting doesnt work through the app. I do frequently trickle charge it to maintain its state.
