I am taking off the stock tires and putting on Michelin Agilis cross climate from Costco with a weight rating of 123. I am towing with a 2021 lariat powerboost.

I am towing a 25' Stratus TT with a tongue weight around 600lbs.

Wondering what tire pressure I should have those tires at while towing?

Chalk test them while loaded. There are too many variables to give you a definite answer.

Weigh the truck at a cat scale and inflate according to the manufacturer inflation chart.

I'm interested in your review. I would consider these LRE tires as a replacement for the stock tires.

The best way is to do the math. The new tire can carry a little over 42lbs per psi. In order for it to carry the same weight as the stock tire (2600lbs) you'd need about 60psi. Now P-Series tires (like most stock tires) are de-rated by 10%, so you don't need the full 60psi you actually need about 55psi.

Not the same tire but perhaps the analysis is of interest ....

Ford F-150 Tire pressure for Michelin Agilis while towing? F150 TIRE INFLATION

All the above weights are from CAT Scale, Load #/Tire is axle weight divided by 2. Tire Rated Max load @ 51psi is from the tire sidewall. The trailer is a small 5th-wheel which has a pin weight of ~800# loaded in the bed directly over the rear axle.

Note that when hitched the rear tire load is essentially the same as the front tire load when not hitched and the front is only 20# more than unhitched.

I experimented with increased tire pressures, felt no gain in handling but got a harsher ride; I'm happiest running at the placard recommended 35psi.

Nothing beats actual CAT Scale data, IMO. You might be surprised at how little additional load is imposed on each tire with your rig hitched, especially if you use a WDH.
