It does have two settings other than stock to change shift strategy which firms up shifts and seems to be more precise to which gear you’re in, but It wasn’t an added option or cost more.
Im sure Winfield with goosetuned will probably throw a little of his sauce into the shift strategy for you...
Dang I forgot all about this!
I had a few hiccups in the beginning with the truck getting put into limp mode, when I had an off the shelf tune loaded. Cobb sent a revised tune and have had no issues since. I love the fact that I can connect my Fishhouse/RV and change to a tow tune in minutes...
For me, the primary reason I run an air oil separator isn’t even carbon buildup, it’s about detonation. Blowby is not a fuel that I’m looking to burn threw my engine.
Here is a few different catch can dumps. Of mine.
I’ve received my empty box from Cobb 😂, placed my ECU into the empty box, and the box is now in the hands of UPS, hoping to get it back with the accessport by Saturday.
Nah CCM is a bit more in depth, here’s my post about it.

I’m aware of the epa crackdown issues, but I’m just not in love with “the other guys” i don’t want to be limited having to unplug my ECU each time I want to swap a tune. I’m also not in love with sending COBB my ECU, but COBB seems to be the best tasting poison, especially with company’s like...
If you search 295/65r20 you can find a few trucks running that size with stock wheels claiming no rub. I think I saw a set of nitto’s and Toyo’s when I quickly looked.
With that said, I’m running 285/65/r20 on stock wheels (fx4) and had the slightest rub when backing out of driveway at full...
I can’t speak on the x4s.
I have an x15. I do also adjust tension in spring/fall. The X15 also needs to be unlatched in order to close the tailgate.
Overall I would recommend the cover.
Please disregard my truck in ugly stock form.
I pulled off the factory boards and put on the go rhino rb20 set. They add a third bracket which makes the running boards more stable for, and also hang out wider and would protect the truck from lower vehicles door dings.
