Dealer replaced APIMs and had one update. Try to schedule updates but time keeps reseting and not holding. Not sure what’s going on. Any help w/ OTA info would be appreciated.

In an attempt to keep the other threads clean lets use this thread to request VIN lookups from anyone with an active FDRS or PTS subscription.

Please specify if you are looking for OTA updates (done via PTS) or module updates (done via FDRS)

Your APIM was replaced on 5/10 and you got your first OTA 2.1.0 five days later, so your issue is fixed. Not is a matter of waiting for them to slowly come in. As behind as you as, it will be a VERY long time before you are caught up. I recommend you look into FDRS and update it yourself.

Unfortunately, I think a dealer visit is required for you. Your truck is reporting several codes in the APIM that suggest there is a hardware/connection problem on your truck. There are several SSM's and TSB's that pertain to this code, but the dealer is going to have to run some pin-point tests to determine that the problem is. I attached them for your reading pleasure. It is impossible to diagnose what the problem is remotely in your case.

1st F150 bought two months ago. Latest update kept failing, about 10 times. I did a reset and there are no no more updates so I am curious if everything thing is up to date.

Thanks so much for the info. I like going to the dealer with some information so they don't have to hunt around for the problem. This is extremely helpful.

There is a different issue with the BCM that won't allow you to update it now, so you still won't be able to do it.

The reason that update failed was due to low battery conditions. At this point, the OTA timed out so you'd have to wait for it to be resent to you. This was what the truck reported to the cloud the last time it failed:

Capacity is at 27 of 70 and charge was at 48%. Next time, you need to charge up to the 12v battery to give it a chance to go through.

This is my second post here (first was yesterday). Over the past year, this forum has helped me have my dealer replace a stuck APIM, buy a Mongoose, install missing updates, calibrate my speedo for a lift, and fix several problems... Such a great help!

I wonder if I could get an expert's opinion on where I'm at now? Any suggestions?

Everything looks good. You're getting stead OTA's and are only showing a few minor module updates pending. You're good to go!

I'm curious how a 2019 Canadian built left-hand drive Edge ends up in Russia. Got to be a rare thing to have a Ford over there.
