After not receiving any OTA updates, I took my truck to the dealer and they said they did 8 hours worth of updates. I was hoping to get an updated list of anything remaining if at all possible.

you dont have any pending, but you are relatively up to date and received 3.5.4 ota in February

Are the 2021 trucks not getting the 4.0 ota updates or just have to wait on ford to send it?

Like all of use 21 truck jockeys, we are at the mercy of the almighty FORD god as to when we get our OTA's. Not much you can do.


There is a rumor going around that a full tank of gas and drive in a circle 3 times pleases the Ford god and you might get an OTA. But that is just a rumor.

I see they performed some APIM related work on 1/10, but I cannot tell if they did it right. All I see is a repair validation code being pulled, but the notes say the APIM was replaced and configured, but FDRS does not show an APIM configuration or PMI done. Maybe @Jesse-Infotainment can take a peek in there and give you better insight.



There we go. No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue at this time. Your Sync version appears to be blank in the system. When you can, go to your truck's touchscreen. Go to setting, general and find "about sync". Take a pic of what you see there and post it here.
