looks like your apim is still on 22082 which does not have full screen cp/aa. nothing scheduled for OTA. may need to manually update if you want sooner than later ;)

they did do gateway PMI and then did a software update to that new module. your truck tried to download pu 2.6.0 back in February but that failed as that campaign expired. your sync software is pretty old and I cant see that it has ever updated

your truck successfully received 3.5.2 pu yesterday. while you are still on sync 22177 like many others, you are receiving ota albeit slowly so I would expect more updates in near future

those files are the main starting point for sync update. the 676 file is the vip which updates the vip chip in the apim and the 682 is the main cip is the main os for the apim

like many others, you received 22177 ota in September last year. so you are receiving ota albeit bit slowly. par for the ford course

you just received sync 230013 and pu 4.2.2.1 you are up to date

your truck is stuck on very old firmware 22062 and have not seen any ota in recent history. fdrs shows several updates which, once completed, will likely trigger several more. you need to manually get the updates going

you do have a tcu update queued and your gwm just completed pu update so you should be receiving 4.2.4

your apim is definitely stuck on original firmware with dtc u0554 setting pretty much daily (improper response from apim). you would likely have good success with mongoose/fdrs

while you are not on the most up to date firmwares (22127) you have received ota in past few months so slowly moving in the right direction. get yourself a mongoose w 2 day FDRS and get er dun

you are on 23031 which is most recent available. you are also receiving ota regularly

your truck just queued today for 3.5.3 download apim update that should take you to sync 22294

you dont have any pending, but you are relatively up to date and received 3.5.4 ota in February

you just received 4.2.2 with sync 23031 so you are up to date no more ota in queue

I believe your assumption is correct about the dealer visit last fall; does not look like they did anything. as you received 22177 ota, Ford will eventually send you more ota. FDRS
