I ordered from Granger in November. Working with Chip was easy. I don't think he can say the same for me as I was building/pricing/changing options on a XLT and Lariat. Went with the Lariat!

I believe it’s when you vehicle gets scheduled you will get an email from them.

Dealer needs to enter it in the system when ordering. Seems to be hit and miss with emails from Ford.

We ended up getting 40 vehicles scheduled, non with the black appearance package.

How are people getting the scheduling emails? I have an open order with you and haven’t received anything from ford.

I got an email from ford within a day of the order going in. But then it took a week to get the production email from ford after granger told me it was scheduled.
Those were the only 2 emails I received from ford and it’s scheduled for production next week.

Hope not as I placed my order July 16. My dealer is granger. They keep giving me dates but I see people posting emails from ford which I haven’t received.
