It’s funny that everyone hates every refresh and then after 6 months credits ford for either being different or for being daring with design haha
This is what I have been saying. I've seen this movie many times. When the 2024s have been out there for awhile, they will become normalized and the 21-23s will start to look dated.

Ford does all of this for a reason - to get people with perfectly good trucks to buy newer perfectly good trucks. Everyone always says it won't work on them, sales figures say otherwise.

I'm waiting to get proper part numbers for the front and rear emblems. That would remove last of the chrome on my truck. :)
I like the lights and grille I have now. It does appear that lights plus grille swap would be possible. Fenders appear to be the same. That would be a pricy swap though.
Front end swap would be $$$. Looks to require BAP hood, needs headlights, grille, lower painted trim piece below headlights. Bumper, fog lights, and all plastics are different.

ive had my 24 for all of 2 days and so far I prefer them over the ones on my 21 but like the 18-20 led that I put on my 17 better. I hated how small the actual brake light is on the 21-23 lariat leds verses how much bigger it is now.
i agree the brake lights on 21-23 are too small in my opinion.

front emblems don’t have hole for the washer fluid.

Why someone would want to make their truck look worse by installing those is beyond me. 21-23 taillights are vastly superior aesthetically.
LOL what a hilarious take. the ONLY tail lights 21-23 that are half way decent are the BAP tails...stock non-BAP tails?! HIDEOUS and no thank you!

I generally agree, but even now, several model years later, I STILL hate the fugly 18-20’s

I do think the 24 could grow on me though. As long as you like your purchase, that’s good enough for me

@dolsen Rinse and repeat.
Every manufacturer does exactly this day in and day out. Some refreshes are celebrated and some not so much. As mentioned earlier in this thread, some aren't well received BUT after time grow on the community.

At one point before buying the F150, I looked at a X3M40i and a X3M Comp...in 2022 they changed the tail lights to the "crab claw" tails and everyone hated them! go look at a BMW forum now and most hate the previous Gen tails b/c the crab claws look more "modern"

I like the way the 24’s look better and I have the BAP tail lights. Too much white on them. Does anybody know if I can tint just the white portion on my 23’s?

I thought the 21-23 taillights were boring compared to the 20; as mentioned, to each their own. I like the new taillights. Don't like em enough to drop $1,300, but I like 'em. 🤔☺
