Yeah, when the 24 Order Guide came out we all noticed that a Lariat with the same options was more than the KR. I guess they wanted to boost KR sales, which if this forum is indicative was successful, quite a few KR orders seems like more than the past years as a percentage.
If you do not like the two tone, get the black. You can barely tell its two tone. I actually considered switched to AMB for that reason because I like the two tone.
That is what I was told many times as I watched other younger hybrid orders from the same dealer with the same trim package get scheduled. It is all bunk. At this point, I feel like Ford's scheduling strategy is practically random.
I put 285/65/20 KO2s on my 3.5L EB. That is a touch taller (34.5") than the 295/60/20s (34"), but not as wide. The fuel economy took a hit (manageable) of about 1.5-2 mpg. I average about 17.5 mpg now in combined driving. Performance wise, it can do whatever it could before, it just feels a...
Almost all parts sites are unwilling to state that they fit a 2024. The vast majority of them should be fine as the dimensions and measurements appear to be the same save for the front end and lighting. I would think that they are fine. It will likely be months before RCI confirms that.
My initial reaction to thread title was: was it ever broken? I guess I've always felt the 10R80 was solid. I drove the 10R100 for the first time in a 6.8L Super Duty. Dude, I really like that tranny. I think I might like it better than the 10R140 for a gasser. I expect that the 10R100 would also...
Man, I used to think this way too. No knock on Granger, I am a repeat customer after all, but allocations don't mean you get scheduled or built fast. My Granger order is almost seven months old and I haven't been scheduled yet. Nothing weird about my black King Ranch Powerboost with not one...
Mine is starting with the worthless SETTINGS screen now, which is kinda pissing me off as well. Has anybody experienced a remedial update from whatever disaster this one is?
Yeah, you get a lot of attempts to convince you this is some kind of scam, etc - especially with the extended warranty - they straight up get pissed about Granger's pricing on that and claim that it isn't a Ford ESP.
Simple truth is that Granger is willing to take a very small profit on each...
If you will be running CCD, I would go with the ReadyLift. They state that their spacers are designed to work with CCD. Rough Country specifically states that theirs does not fit models with CCD:
I think that is pretty accurate by this point. Ugh. At this juncture, the next build week will be 6/10. Even assuming we get scheduled (which seems honestly not likely) next week, truck might be built by 6/15? Assuming 4-6 weeks to get delivered, we are looking - best case scenario - at late...
That worthless email just goes 45 days after the last one until you are scheduled. I am pretty sure people have gotten that email on the week of their scheduling email before.
Thursday is the typical day and right about now (10:35 Central) to around noon (Central) is when the emails usually get pushed out. However, two forum members got emails yesterday, which might indicate a change for this week at least.
The 7.3L is pretty popular. Ford developed the 6.8L to complement it and it sounds like they have to force dealers to order it because they only want to order the 7.3L and the Powerstroke.
