This is true. I just purchased rear wheel well liners through my dealership with my points.

Thanks for the tip, Bob. I did not receive my points and called Ford. I bought my truck on 12/24 and activated by Ford Pass account on the same day. The dealership reported my sales date at 12/28 (probably because of the holiday). Because my activation date was before the sales date, I fell into a gap where Ford never issued me my points. After identifying the gap, Ford fixed it and now I have my points!

Sometimes it's necessary to be persistent. After not getting anywhere with 4 previous chat sessions, I initiated a chat via the FordPass app this afternoon and got my points request escalated to a Rewards specialist. It took her about three minutes to sort things out, and I finally have my 42,000 points 38 days after purchasing the truck.

I just used up my points today. I had something like 73,000 points and I got a tailgate damper and the stowable tailgate bed extender. I had to pay $38 after points.

It has only been 2 days but I am anxious to get my extended warranty and maintenance plan taken care of through Flood Ford online! I just need my 42,000 points to show up. This is from their FAQ:

So yes this 42,000 is VERY common question for them as everyone wants to put it toward their extended service plans! So yes I would LOVE to put it toward something I was already going to buy haha...

I used part of mine on the Ford branded hood deflector. I really like the look. I wanted to make sure to at least use some of my pts before I totally forgot about them. The service team told me I could use the points towards oil changes even.

I think I was told it would cover 4 oil changes. Less for full synthetic maybe.

Bought my truck 2/14. Contacted them about the points and told to wait 5 weeks. Waited 5 weeks They created a ticket and told me to wait another month. I'm sure they will show up eventually!
