Try talking to your sales person... mine turned on either my nav or Xm through his phone after the trial was up. Sorry can't remember which one. It was 2.5 yrs ago....lol

This mirrors my phone call with Ford too. Ridiculous to me that they can't just disable the feature. Hoping this gets addressed in an OTA update.I called and spoke to Ford support about this issue. 2 hours on the phone and no resolution other than "Pay the $80, go in and turn those settings off, then call back in for a refund"
Ford support has no way of giving a trial extension.

I'm sorry to say that I don't think this will solve it. Mine turns itself back on each time you connect a trailer or turn the vehicle back on with a trailer connected. I have to manually go into the NAV settings and turn it back off each time.
