My last 3 Ford vehicles were with the X-plan. In all cases I had to get the x-plan pricing from the dealer in his office. How do you use the Build & Price for the X-pan figures?

There should be a plan price on the P&B for F-150's I have had them sent to me to quote...My last 3 Ford vehicles were with the X-plan. In all cases I had to get the x-plan pricing from the dealer in his office. How do you use the Build & Price for the X-pan figures?
Albert,Zach (store owner) just asked me to let the Forum members know that Granger Ford will sell all 2021 F-150 Trucks for Invoice less holdback...AKA Net/Net
- Our DOC fee is $180 and out of state folks will have to pay a $45 Iowa Transit Tag...
- No additional things needed to buy, you do not have to finance with us to get the price...
- Yes any rebates that are available on the truck at delivery time will also come off of the price set forward...
- This price is far better than X plan...
- A and Z plans are still a better deal but as Ford employees and retirees that is their benefit...
To guestimate the approximate holdback for our store...
- Take the window sticker (MSRP) and subtract the D&D (1,695)
- Multiply that by .03 (3%)
- Take that number from the invoice price and you have the Net/Net price...
Example attached:
- 74,465 - 1695 = 72,770
- 72,770 x .03 = 2,183.10
- 69,410.48 - 2,183.10 = 67,227.38
Total savings off retail on a loaded 502A Lariat Sport is $7,237.62
This price is good for the ones we have already sold here as well...
He took the discount he calculated off of invoice price which includes the $1695.Albert,
After the calculations, wouldn't you have to add the $1695 back in?
Good question - the answer is no it is included in the total Invoice price already...He took the discount he calculated off of invoice price which includes the $1695.
Short answer is yes for the chargeback on financeGranger/Albert,
How do incentives like financing affect the dealership? If someone got $1000 in incentives for financing and paid it off the next month, does it cost the dealership any money? Also, can an incentive like the EAA $1000 be locked on at order or will it expire on 1/4/2021 if delivery can't be taken?
Would you do me a favor as I have caught back up at work...Can you give me price on this? I didn’t see invoice price though. Thank you
Is this a private offer?Short answer is yes for the chargeback on finance
No we cannot lock finance deals or money but it more than likely will still be there, has become a staple in the finance packages from Ford...
The national rebates can be locked but the Private offers cannot...

Sorry if this is a really stupid question, but how much would the dealer make on this? And, in general, is there a (rough) % or absolute number below which they won't go?Zach (store owner) just asked me to let the Forum members know that Granger Ford will sell all 2021 F-150 Trucks for Invoice less holdback...AKA Net/Net
