2/8 builds

I had a blend of 2/8 and estimated delivery of 3/10 for two weeks now and was happy after reading others getting delayed and today is says estimated delivery 3/20 and just talked to the dealer yesterday and he said 3/10. I just hope I get it in March.

Same here! Did the tracker update beyond "in production"? It's a bit odd seeing trucks produced after ours get moved to "awaiting shipment" or actually get sent out the door. 2+ weeks since production with no movement.

finally after sitting in Awaiting Shipment for close to 2 weeks, the truck shipped and is heading to Washington. should be slightly over 6 months from placing the order.

Damn! My truck was built two days before yours, way less options, also had bedliner but still has not been released to be shipped! Too bad it didn't end up on the same train as yours because mines going to Fugate Ford in Enumclaw, WA

Everything about this process seems random. Hopefully yours will ship soon. I was working on a new Country and Western song, "Bought a new ford, now waitin on a train".

That makes no sense that they would not be on the same train. I can only imagine what the shipping ramp looks like at Dearborn, must be total chaos.

Did you guys see my barrel theory? (don't remember where I posted it)

Basically it is a HUGE lot with endless rows of trucks. My barrel analogy is someone has to empty the barrel of trucks as FAST as they can, at the same time someone else is filling it as FAST as they can. This helps Ford achieve maximum throughput. So the trucks on top come in and ship out quickly because it is the most efficient (easier than grabbing from the rows in the back). If you were unlucky and are on the bottom you will stay there a while until the filling has a temporary hiccup.

I am at a loss. Ordered truck 9/28/2020. Blend date was 2/9. Bottom of window sticker notes 2/25. Yesterday delivery was 3/13. Today it says 3/22. Anyone else getting pushed still?

My Build is still "Sent to Plant" on Feb 4, for a 2/12, blend date as of today. I assume the KC plant is still in disarray
