Update: Problem solved. Wheels just needed a bit of cleaning.

Shedding some light here... basically that rail car is destined for Montreal and information has been submitted to CP. However, CP does not have the rail car yet so it will remain in this status until Kansas City Southern rail delivers it to the CP yard in Kansas City.

It's likely on a Railcar heading up to Toronto. The tracking will stop with palsapp until it shows up and JCT picks up the vehicle. Example... I know my truck was delivered by CP Rail on Friday afternoon to the Calgary yard. Palsapp still says delivered to Richard Gebuar. Hoping for good news...

Helpful for Canadians. You can call CP traceline at 1-888-999-8111 and follow the prompts. Tracker indicated shipped on March 3, reported received at Kansas CP Yard on March 6. Getting closer!

Does anyone know how to track Railcars for CPR? My sales person just gave me that info.
