9 months past ordering F150 XLT. No VIN yet !!!

Just talked to the sales manager and she assured me that she was able to order a 22.

I was able to order a '22 in Canada at the beginning of June. I called 3 dealers and none of them said they had been told the order bank was closed and they were still accepting orders here in Canada.

Ummmm....That truck is at Planet Ford.... Where the OP ordered their truck from.....

Carbonized grey, 2.7L, ProPower.... is this the OP's truck that they ordered?? What are the odds of the same dealership having a carbonized grey 2.7, FX4, 360 cameras with ProPower?

And if we believe the Ford Canada Tracker...the truck is already delivered even though it was built just 2 weeks ago....and it isn't on the dealer's site as inventory.

I guess my point was to try what worked for me. I realize the chance of success is small but not zero.

Lol there’s your answer. I waited almost 16 months for my truck from them. (Picking it up tomorrow)

I am thrilled to hear that you are FINALLY getting your truck! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!! As far as I recall, you are the longest suffering Ford Customer on this forum. 15+ months is simply way too long for you to have to wait. It is definitely time that Ford delivered!

And more good news for me too. I have been tracking my truck for the last couple of weeks, after it finally escaped the black hole of "plant hold". It is on the final leg of the journey & could be at dealer as soon as today, but definitely within a day or 2 at the most. I expect to have it in hand sometime next week. That will make it 7 months for me.

Thanks all. I finally received VIN today due to assistance and information from great members of this forum. It is different from the Sticker quoted above though. I am now curious as who ordered almost identical truck from same dealership!!! Can someone provide me the Sticker look up for the VIN please? Thanks

I’m not sure when that truck was built, but Ford deleted the Co-Pilot Assist 2.0 along with connected navigation on 301A-501A trim levels. My 302A XLT had the options removed even though I ordered them. My truck was ordered in February and is supposed to be built week of 7/18.

Might be a week before the truck is built. Mine is to be be built week of 7/18 and the sticker is not yet available.
