I have a 21 xlt crew 2wd 5.0 and lowered with Ford Performance 1.5” lowering shackles. I had noticed the rear ride poorly before the shackles and now really notice the bad ride.
What shocks would you use with lowering shackles? Don’t think the stock ones are up to the task any longer at 28,xxx miles.

I use the 2WD Bilstein B6 4600 33-253213 with 2" lowering shackles (and 4WD blocks removed).

On order ‘22 RCSB.
The best way to do it is take some measurements. If you search online you will find several how to’s associated with measuring for shocks. I purchased shocks based on a vendor’s recommendation and didn’t get the best results. So i measured and found out the shock wasn’t quite right for my setup. What’s recommended above may be perfect…just measure to make sure.
My $.02.

I would up getting the Bilstein 4600 for 2wd since I’m 2wd but I may get some shock extensions just to keep it in a somewhat stock setting. I’ll eventually get the fronts replaced also since they ride so well.
