Power window issue w/ auto-up function

Hey gang,

I've been having an issue lately with my driver's side window. If I use the "auto" up, the window goes all the way up then goes back down halfway. In order to close the window, I have to inch it up manually.

Any idea? Perhaps I goofed something up in the settings on the touch-screen?

Hold the window switch in the up position, and continue to hold it In the position for about 6 seconds after it reaches the top. This should reset the top point.

I have had the same issue...done the reset...and after a while it happens again. Has anyone taken to the dealer for a permanent fix?

There is a TSB to fix this. The dealer did mine and no more problems

Yes there is a fix for this the drivers door module DDM and PDM passengers door module have software updates

After a week's vacation, I drove the truck and the window issue has "fixed" itself. I never needed to try the 6 second trick.
