  1. Power window issue w/ auto-up function

After a week's vacation, I drove the truck and the window issue has "fixed" itself. I never needed to try the 6 second trick. Thanks again.
  2. Power window issue w/ auto-up function

Thanks guys, I will try that next time I drive it and will report back.p
  3. Power window issue w/ auto-up function

Hey gang, I've been having an issue lately with my driver's side window. If I use the "auto" up, the window goes all the way up then goes back down halfway. In order to close the window, I have to inch it up manually. Any idea? Perhaps I goofed something up in the settings on the touch-screen?
  4. AC wont blow out of vents

Damn, taking apart half the truck... My AC freezes up too and I hope if they have to go through all this that they can get everything put back together with no squeaks/rattles. How long was your truck out of service?
  5. Horrible fuel economy

2022 Lariat 500a, Super Crew 4×4, 2.7EB. According to the dash, I am always 20.5-20.9 mpg. My commute is 6 miles through neighborhoods/town, a ten miles blast down the highway, 2 miles through town and finally a 2 mile crawl through an industrial site at 15mph. So, not the best fuel-milege...
  6. Turbo wastegate actuator position sensor faults.

...and now a few days later the wrench and CEL are gone and I have turbos again.🤔
  7. Turbo wastegate actuator position sensor faults.

Uh oh, CEL and wrench came on today. Ford Pass says waste gate\ reduced power. Little to no turbo power. Gas mileage increased (haha). 2022 Lariat 4x4, 2.7EB, 5400 miles, ordered in February and delivered in June.
  8. What did you do WITH your F-150 today?

I got my Line-X done, then promptly went to the stone yard for a load of landscape gravel. I told the loader guy 1500lbs, and he just about nailed it. But, 99.9% if the time she will be a mall-crawler.
  9. Dealership not honoring signed Vehicle Order Agreement, demanding higher price

Currie always seemed to want to play the stereotypical "dealership games". I wound up going to Smith Ford a few towns over and couldn't be happier. The February price was exactly what I paid (minus an extra rebate they found) for my late June delivery. No hassle, no bullshit.
  10. Strange Issue with AC

Damn, add me to this list. Lariat with 700 miles on it. Left work with AC on 63 and fan on speed 3 and all was good. Drive 25 minutes and made a quick stop at a gas station. A few miles later, I noticed it was getting warm - put AC on lo and fan on high, but almost nothing coming from the...
  11. Are you supposed to get the price at time of order or delivery?

I had zero issues with price from my Feb. ordered Lariat, which I picked up late June. Sticker was up about $3k due to 2 price increases. Salesman looked me up in the computer and the price matched the February price to the penny. Well, except he found an addiational $400 rebate. X-plan...
  12. 05/16 Build Week

Nowadays instead of using large car-haulers which can transport a bunch of vehicles in one load, vehicles often are being delivered on small trailers with a capacity of one or two. My dealer said they don't see too many haulers anymore - adding to delays.
  13. Monthly car payments hit record high of $712 in May

I took delivery of my February ordered truck last month. I was prepared to finance for 36 months at around $550/month. But, the dealer said that one of my rebates was tied to taking out a 66 month loan at 0%. The funny thing is that my payment is $3XX for 36 months and then jumps quite a bit...
  14. What's your payload? 2.7 Lariat

Lariat 500a, 2.7, s-crew, 4X4. Only options were running boards, center console and charging pad. NO bed package, sport package, moonroof, towing stuff, FX4, B&O, 20" wheels or techie stuff.
  15. 05/16 Build Week

Oh, and Space White is awesome in the sun. I was sorta on the fence about the color.@Cb Mw
  16. 05/16 Build Week

Random thoughts: It's big! And drives kinda "floaty". While driving the 2 lane roads from the dealer back home I felt like I was on the lines on both sides. My old vehicles were a old Ranger and an Edge - which is pretty wide. Getting into the garage was a bit of a chore - mirrors folded in...
