No idea on headers, I was looking into the Ford Performance Street Rod manifolds but they say they won’t fit the 4th gen in all caps so I guess that’s a no go

Good god headers have gotten expensive. Those are "You'll pay whatever we charge anyways, so F U" prices.

They've also increase in quality, for the most part, but when you add in cats, that's where the big price jump comes in. Aftermarket cats can run from $400-ish each to $1k each (GESI's top of the line EPA approved cats).

The Ford Performance "Street Rod" exhaust manifolds (M-9430-SR50A) are actually the stock exhaust manifolds used on 2015-2023 5.0 F150s. They aren't really meant to be a performance upgrade, they're just a cheap and compact cast iron manifold that Ford recommends using for engine swaps.

Make sure if you get a system with CATs you do your homework about the different types of CATs. They are not all created equal. Kooks CATs are really good along with any system using GESI CATs

Most say Kooks CATs are relabeled GESI units

The Gen 2 UHO advanced series (#85230) is what SPD uses as the optional cat on their down-pipes for the 5.0. They're $772 each if bought thru GESI's store, but roughly $550 each if you get that option on SPD's down-pipe set up.

I'm definitely going this route once the truck is built and Whipple has their tune for the '24. I'm also gathering info for putting an exhaust on the RCSB, since it will be true dual using a mash up of Gen2 Raptor exhaust parts and 2021+ non-Raptor exhaust parts.
