Has anyone used Ford Mobile Service? Local dealer scheduled me for two recalls through Mobile Service.

I went to a different local dealer than the one I usually go to for oil change using their Quick Lane on a Saturday (simply because they could accommodate me on that Saturday and my "regular" one couldn't).
I knew I have two recalls: the wiper motor and the wire harness. Not too concerned about either of them, but the 'real' maintenance dept. called the following business day and offered to send a mobile service to take care of both recalls.
Can anyone share their experience with mobile service? She said it will be their mechanics from their dealershio, not a 3rd party or something like that.

I use the mobile service for work and for my vehicle. Technician came to my house while on vacation and took care of the wiper motor recall. It's been great. They also come to my work and change oil and rotate tires. Super convenient.

Yessir they came out to the construction site and did the wiper recall for me.

I used the Ford mobile service to fix my recalls. I had the wire harness recall, wiper motor and wiper arm recalls. I took all of 15 minutes to swap wiper motor and arms and satisfy the wire harness recalls.

I agree with the above. The mobile service came out and did the wiring harness recall. Took no time at all and was super convenient.

Dealer called a few weeks ago and came the following week for harness recall. I had them check the battery as well. Very convenient.

I’ve used my local Ford mobile service for 2, recalls and my 1st complimentary oil change / tire rotation. Very satisfied. Would definitely use them again. Don’t have the hassle of going to the dealer and sitting for a couple of hours.

Yes, came out for both wiper and harness recalls. No problems at all. They also came back to do my oil change. Mentioned that they do oil changes for all vehicles, not just Ford's. Good to know.

My dealership is coming out tomorrow to take care of the wiper recall and the harness recall. First time, hopefully it won't be the last. Good to know about the on-site oil change too.

I had it also, worked great and really knocked out all the inconvenience of doing a recalls/oil changes! Best program I have seen Ford come up with.

I was always nervous leaving my vehicles at a dealer, good chance of getting small dings/scratches and such.
