I went to a different local dealer than the one I usually go to for oil change using their Quick Lane on a Saturday (simply because they could accommodate me on that Saturday and my "regular" one couldn't).
I knew I have two recalls: the wiper motor and the wire harness. Not too concerned about either of them, but the 'real' maintenance dept. called the following business day and offered to send a mobile service to take care of both recalls.
Can anyone share their experience with mobile service? She said it will be their mechanics from their dealershio, not a 3rd party or something like that.
