Ford Survey?

I’ve had my truck since 10 March and have not received a survey from Ford. In the past I’ve always received the survey in 2 or 3 weeks. Any else not receive a survey?

I got one a week or so after delivery, but it was all about the dealer, not the truck. I am expecting one from Ford about the truck, but from the posts here, maybe they are not doing that any more. Too bad...

I picked mine up Feb 2nd and have not gotten a dealership or manufacturer survey.

Still sitting in production, no additional info or suggestions of an ETA. My dealership apologizes and this week offered my deposit back if I want, but I need a truck and am struggling to find something else that checks all the boxes. Not sure right now what I’m going to do. I keep hoping I’m going to get a surprise email/call that my truck arrived, but that seems more and more unlikely.

Appreciate the thoughts though.

In production since 2/15? Any idea what the hold up can be? Is it made and awaiting chips?

That could be the case. In my experience, Ford will not mark a vehicle as “Built” unless it’s 100% done.
