Existing extended warranty

I bought a used 2021 F150 XLT 3.5L from Carvana with 21500 miles. It is in excellent condition but I wanted to purchase a 8 year 100,000 mile warranty from Granger Ford. I did it online and they charged my credit card. A week later I received an email telling me the were refunding my charge because it already has a Certified extended warranty for 48 months or 48,000 miles
I called the local dealership to see how to transfer this warranty to me, they did not know what to do.
Anyone have a suggestion as to how to get this in my name? Or is it with the vehicle?

Even with certified warranty you should be able to get extended warranty. It's a different checkbox on the form.
