I added you to the list, but if what you need to do is make a FORscan change, you don't need a Mongoose. It's going to be weeks before I can get it to you based on the amount of people ahead of you. All you need is this for FORscan changes:

I will keep you on the list unless you tell me otherwise, but for $35, this is well worth keeping in your truck all the time.

I am not sure if this will take off or not, but I wanted to start a thread to help members who want to get their trucks updated without having to spend hundreds of dollars buying the Mongoose to do so. I am going to be lending out my Mongoose to anyone and everyone who wants to take these update issues into their own hands and get their truck righted.

Pardon my naivete... what is a Mongoose? And if its like an OBD connecter, what is the diff of that vs. an OBD connector?

It is a brand/model of a specific OBDII cable. It supports a specific protocol (J2534) needed for communication and programming with Ford's factory software.
