Bluecruise expiring Dec 31,2023?

Hello,

In the connected services of my ford account, it says my blue cruise is expiring Dec 31, 2023. I purchased my powerboost new on Oct 15, 2021.

I thought I was under the impression that I get 3 years of blue cruise complimentary? That's not even considering that blue cruise didn't come out for my truck until an OTA was pushed in summer 2022.... Can anyone advise?

Would not surprise me if Ford cuts it off early to force people to subscribe. Assuming that the update everyone wants to get happens. Throw in some wording about the trial being for BC 1.0 only and not for BC 1.3

If you received BlueCruise through an OTA update then you have a 2021 Job1. Those trucks were given a year subscription to BlueCruise from the day they were activated which was then later extended to the end of 2023.

All later trucks came with BlueCruise pre-installed. The package that came with those trucks included a 3-year subscription in the purchase price. There is no 3-year free trial. Those owners paid the subscription in advance.
