I had planned on replacing the factory tires with a slightly bigger sidewall 275/65R20 Cooper Rugged Trek tire, but see from the manufacture the actual diameter is 34.7” and I’m thinking that may be a little too much for only a 2” level right? Especially under load with wheel fully locked?

Falken Wildpeaks and Toyo Open Country’s are 34.1”

I put 275/65R20 Nitto Recon Grapplers on my stock 20" wheels with a 1.5" leveling kit and I have no rubbing. The Nittos are 34.09" diameter so not quite as big as the Coopers but I think you will be OK.

I'm running 35x11.5r20 on stock sport 20's with a 2" readylift level. No trimming or rub.

It should fit..

I put a tire with the same dimensions on my powerboost with a 2.5in strut kit, but got just under 2 inches of lift because of the extra weight of the PB

I've posted before, but just to share here...

I had the dealer put a Bilstein 6112 (front) and 5160 (rear) kit on my 2021 Powerboost shortbed, with Maxxis Razr AT tires (LT285/65r20 ..maxxis reports them as 34.7 x 11.6 in tire), stock sport wheels.

The front struts are set to the 2.5 inch setting, but barely gave 2in on the PB d/t its weight:

..kit was from @Stage3Motorsports
Tires were from tires-easy.com

I've had this set up for close to 10k miles now, on and off road, and no rubbing issues since fixing the incorrectly installed front fender liners. On a side note, I bought a similar sized Cooper RuggedTrek tires for my wife's ram 1500 at the same time... so far both have had great highway manners and sound (quiet for more aggressive tires); the coopers are noticeably better in low traction conditions, but I expect the maxxis will likely wear better; time will tell
The coopers are great tires... I ordered both, but my wife claimed them for her truck

I'm running 35x11.5r20 on stock sport 20's with a 2" readylift level. No trimming or rub.
I am also running 35x11.5r20 (Actual size 34.53"x11.42") on stock wheels with 2" of lift on the front with no rubbing at all. I didn't even need to trim the active air dam. It's more about tire width with these trucks. I think 33x12.5 might rub, but 35x11.5 is fine.

Wheel offset, wheel width, and tire width are the biggest factors (apart from height). Assuming you are keeping the stock wheels, you should be good with the tire size that you mentioned.

did you install the tires pre level kit or after?
The shop did the level and tires at the same time.
I've come to notice at full lock in reverse there is some rubbing.

It looks like you are on stock offset? It's probably exactly like mine on 34.8". The front splash guard innermost front lower corner. In reverse your tire can catch the edge and blip it. When moving forward it just grazes past. It's very flexible there so it can probably get moved out of the way.

Yes. Just running the stock wheels. No spacers or anything.

Not really worried about the small amount of rubbing. If I turn full lock, back up and hear it rub, I just turn the steering wheel back a titch so the rubbing stops, haha
