On my PB it was the panel to the left of the front passenger's feet.. on my previous chevy it was the one above the drivers feet... I think all vehicles have a few and you just have to be methodical and patient to track them down.

I would start by making sure the 12v battery is charging fully, and all fuses are fully seated.. both have been issues reported here. Also wouldn't hurt to check for loose wiring harness connections. otherwise, take it back to the dealer
