Just received my "built" email from Ford. Estimated delivery window has been pushed to week of May 4th-10th.

Finally some updates for me. Official Ford tracker shows built date 4/23/22. Ford Canada gave me ETA a while ago of Apr 27-May 3. I still don't think they'll hit that window but at least I'm seeing progress for the first time since January.

The saga continues. Another week, no FordPass Activate Icon, No updates. Waiting to chat with someone on the Ford Support website now. What do you guys want to bet they tell me my ETA is still 4/18 - 4/28?

I got confirmation that my truck has been delivered to the dealership, I’ll pick it up Monday May 2nd. A very long wait is almost over!!

Received my “Built” email today (blend, 01/14/22–built, 04/24/22. Estimated delivery to dealer 05/07–05/13. We will see, hope it doesn’t have a defective exhaust heat exchanger.

Me: Hey guys how are things? Long time no talk. My ETA was 4/24 whats up?

Very nice Ford Lady: Sure was, what can I help you with today?

Me: Where is my truck?

Ford: Well I see the ETA was 4/24

Me: Right, and its the 25th

Ford: Sure is! - said in a very very pleasant voice btw - your truck may be on a chip hold. (gee you think)

Me: So Do you have a new ETA?

Ford: Nope! I think our systems may be updating right now. But Remember you can call your dealer for the most updated information! Anything else I can help you with today?

Me: Well no, but you also really didnt help me with my first question. So yeah?

Ford: Have a great Day!

The entire conversation really summed up the overall experience. Ford could care less, will smile at you, but also thinks you should be greatful they are nice enough to even give you the opportunity to buy their products.

Texted my sales guy. He replied that he was out of the office on vacation but that another person would call me back with an update. That call of course hasnt happened, b/c I am sure that other sales guy said I dont want to call this guy and tell him that his truck has sat so long that at this point it wont start.

I'm over the entire thing, I told the wife we are keeping the 2015 I currently own. Of course I am sure that will change once I sit in the new truck, should it ever actually ship.
