That site is generic measurements. For some reason, the Yoko GEOs are taller. You can see the truck was raised 1/2" over stock, which indicates a 1" tire increase from the stock tires.
Thanks for your quick response.
I’m thinking of going to LT 285/60R20 Michelin Defender LTX…and wondered about the tire size.
My KR has the OEM 275/60R20 and I would like to stay Stock -Not Level!! but a slightly bigger tire.

I meant to state that I DO NOT want my truck leveled and I’d like to get with a larger tire.

You'll be fine with 285/60 with stock suspension.
Thanks,
I’ve been looking really seriously on the 275/65R20s but I think that would be a little too large for the fender well upfront with no leveling kit.
And I didn’t want that tire to look out of place – like big balloons under the front fender well.
I think you have really helped me out in making my decision.
Thanks again

There are a bunch of pictures of 275/65, 285/60, and 285/65 in a few threads here. I'd suggest you look at those before making a final decision. Good luck.

Does anyone know how much the stock wheel weights?

Out of curiosity, what PSI are you keeping yours at? Just got mine today (same size) and they are currently at 50 psi. Curious to know if you had played with it at all and got better MPG/ride at different psi.

I try to keep them around 45 cold and they get up to 50 maybe when warm for normal driving. When towing, they warm up to about 55. I haven't tried running them at 35 or 55 to see what the difference is in only normal driving. With a 157wb PB w/ Tow mirrors and these tires at this psi range, I get 19-21 in normal driving.

What is more taxing ?

1) 60lbs in tires
or
2) 60lbs in a canine passenger
or
3) 150lbs of load in the bed

Unsprung weight is by far the worst to add; I've see calculations that it has up to a 4X effect compared to your other examples.

Thanks!

That's good MPG. You must drive downhills both ways, cause even driving like a granny I'm getting between 18 and 19 mpg.

Will admit though, they drive almost identically to the stock tires. I am not hearing any noise, they may be just a little stiffer, but it's so minimal it may just be in my head.

I am getting it lifted today which I may regret, but time will tell, and can always have it taken off if I regret it.

If it doesn't change the ride much, and it doesn't tank my mpg I will probably keep it on.

Thanks again for the feedback!

I'm in FL and the route is mostly flat. I cross two bridges. Most of the speed stays in the 25-40 range with a few miles of 55-70 mixed in the middle.
