Show me your exhaust!

I apologize if there is a mega thread for this, i didnt see an exhaust section.

I've scoured youtube for weeks but cant seem to find many people who have what i'm looking for. I've had a ton of production exhaust kits in the past like borla, corsa, etc.. but i dont want a catback production kit on this truck.

Has anyone done a true dual straight exhaust on their F150? I think i'm going to do it to mine, leaving the cats on. Anyone have a custom exhaust thats not a production kit or muffler delete?

I plan to have a true dual exhaust built for my RCSB.
Cut out the y pipe aft of the cats
two 3” pipes to resonators (anti drone) them h pipe (because it sounds better) and something like a set of hooker maximum flow or full boar mufflers. not sure how the tips will terminate yet. depends on how much room is left.
just need to find an exhaust shop that will do it.

Roush, dual tip side exit, 3" deep and throaty. Even the local 5.0 Mustang guy with a Corsa loves it.

I had to cut a section of the pipe for my Reg cab, that was the hardest part; If using a sawzall and a fille to debur is hard. Cold start is uh shall we say aggressive, but it calms down and really doesn't get loud till it needs to be, above 3.5k RPM it will let you know it's a V8. I love it, mainly because it CAN get aggressive while still being able to have a conversation when driving 65. One more thing, there is no crappy raspy crackle like some exhausts have.

Kept the stock muffler and had them weld a Y-pipe for the dual pipes. More pics can be found here

I'm a big fan of the Corsa Sport systems. Does this one allow you to raise the tailpipes if you have the cutouts in the rear bumper?

I guess you could but some modifications. The system has hangers in very rear for those pipes, so I would say no.

Is there a reason you didn't go with the extreme in the first place?

Its not terrible, but a different tone than sport. Sport can get loud at startup and WOT.

They were going to let me get either muffler so I went with sport first, then got the exteme now to compare. Ill make dang sure which one I like before selling.
