My 2022 platinum is a Canadian model. The fuel consumption and mileage can be toggled between litres/km or miles/gallon. Can anyone tell me is the American market ones do the same.
If so, my question would be how they differentiate between American gallons and Canadian gallons.?

I would take my L/Km and the MPG from the truck and do the math manually. That would show you if the conversion is in US or Cdn gallons.

1 Cdn Gallon = 4.54609 Liters ......... 10 L/100Km = 28.248106 Mi/Gal CDN
1 US Gallon = 3.785412 Liters ......... 10 L/100Km = 23.52146 Mi/Gal US

what is your truck showing for fuel mileage?

I’m 99% sure our trucks are showing US gallons.
I average 20.5 over 17,500 miles
I’m 99% sure our trucks are showing US gallons.
Doing the calculations when set to km/litre it works out to roughly 21.7 mpg
When set to miles, it works out to 18.9 mpg, so it appears mpg stated is for us gallons
