Well thanks. But you must be a kindred spirit because not many fellas these days like the look of one. I came from the world of F350's with Ranchhand grills, bumpers, headache racks, and diesel tanks/toolboxes in the bed. So when I grabbed my first F150 it looked naked and vulnerable to my eyes.

The 2018 KingRanch above was the 4th F150 I put one on and admittedly more as jewelry than function since that truck didn't do much field work, if you know what I mean.

I believe it was a Westin? It's their bigger offering and it's contoured as a result. I had it painted to match the KingRanch accent color. I'm not sure they have one for the Gen14 trucks? I haven't put anything on this truck and so I'm fairly uninformed.

Got this info from @z-man in another post. Ford chat can give you railcar number.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

I have had my PB KR FX4 600a for a little over a week and got the chance this weekend to spend some time on the Blanco River in the Texas Hill County - a different kind of beautiful to jdurantwalker's incredible dune pics. Stepping up from a 2007 F150 XLT FX4 - no comparison whatsoever and I LOVED that truck . . . this one exceeds that one in everything except memories, yet.

First mod was to junk the stock Pirelli's in favor of 275/65r20 KO2's (stock suspension) on my favorite Ford wheel of all time - in fact this wheel and the lack of chrome were my real non-negotiables. On the list is a spray-in bedliner and Retrax cover with Ford OEM wheel well liners on the way. With the new tires, on the fence as to whether or not I want/need a level . . .

So did you eventually put on a 2” leveling kit and if so…did it mess with your ..blue cruise or lane centering / cameras??
When ever I get my KR I would like to lift mine up just a smidgen [1.5 -2.0?] but I am cautiously wondering about the lane centering and blue cruise features??

Hope you get your new truck soon! 13k miles and 1.5 years later and still love it. I did put on a 2" level kit (ReadyLift 66-2120) with no impact to headlights, lane centering or adaptive cruise (my 600A package did not include BlueCruise). Between bigger tires and level my MPG are down 2-3% but worth the other improvements IMHO.

Not that you asked, but I will offer up my favorite additions: Retrax Pro XR is a total game changer for someone who has always had trucks but for whatever reason never had a bed cover (totally secure, lockable and weather-resistant storage for the entire bed); Line-X bedliner; matte screen protector for center stack 12" screen.
