Can one of the experts take a look and see why my truck has failed to install the update multiple times please

Yup. Have not driven the truck in almost 2 plus weeks. Attached to a tender. Received and installed 6.8.0 no problem. Hopefully get to drive it next week.

I drive it 6 days a week 30 minutes each direction to and from work. I don't understand why it says I haven't drove it in 2 weeks.

Yeah. I had the dealer test and charge mine to full. They said "battery is good". Drove home 30 mins, parked, failed to update right there because battery was too low already. The batteries OEM are total junk. Worse than Walmart brand. I put in an Optima and no problems since. Updated right away.

I'm betting on battery.

1001 threads on batteries and battery issues with OEM and it's cold right now in much of country so batteries start getting low.

Actually nothing wrong with Walmart brand with 100% warranty that isn't prorated.

Bottom line the trucks are sensitive to battery issues and just because they still start doesn't mean battery voltage isn't low or the calculated SOC isn't low. Both will cause OTA to fail as it is designed not to start an OTA on weak battery.

Most of us upgrade to largest size battery that will fit and our battery issues go away.
