Does the Ford Spray bedliner include the tailgate?

I am not sure if it does on some, but the higher trim new tailgates have the plastic cover with the ruler and slots to hold your phone.

My XLT has the factory sprayed bed liner and yes, the tailgate is sprayed as well. I will take pics tomorrow during day light.

This it what it should look like with work surface. The plastic tray on tail gate is an option you can get on any package xl and up. Dealer sprayed this vehicle's bed liner. Factory looked the same. I've seen some on YouTube missing the spray on tailgate thinking that might be aftermarket spray job.

Undercover brand ulta flex. Bought at Ford dealer. It nice opens and closes better than others I've had. Plus it removes without having to unbolt.
