Tailgate step and power running boards are two things I didn't realize I needed. Now, I wouldn't order a truck without them.

I would suggest getting one of the AMPed tailgate bed step addon for about half the price.

I have had both the OEM tailgate step and the AMP corner step on all my trucks since 2010. They are great, and complimentary. You can't use the center step when towing, and the side steps are really handy then, also when you have something big in the bed hanging off the back. But the center step is great for regular use, at the dump, when getting a heavy Yeti to the rear for offloading, etc. I use them both all the time. Unfortunately the AMP corner step for the '21 F-150 is still in development, will supposedly be released next month (was originally May, then June, now August). I'm on the regular update list with them.
