Guys, I've been on this train since Jan 11th. I've seen a dozens of these little quirks appear with things like the tracker, ect. Best advice I can give is don't get to excited / disappointed about it. It's just another rabbit hole to go down and in the end will probably mean nothing.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if they removed the name from the public facing API (data feed) over privacy concerns. I wouldn't worry about this in the least.
