My Ford Customer Service rep had no idea! She said she would give me all she could access, which is the same as we find on the trackers available to us. Mine says in transit and end date of the 28th of July which will be a week late for my vacation. Figures, since nothing else has gone as expected.
As has just been stated, patience is the key word. If you didn’t know what has been happening for the last 3-4 months, you will learn quickly that Ford could care less about you and the rest of us folks who placed orders and are waiting for news on the progress of them. Welcome to the long line...
MY 502A Lariat was built June 15@ KC, moved to Richards Gebaur shipping facility June 18, and then no update since. Slated to arrive in GTA Ontario, Canada 7/24
The thing I'm dealing with is my 2018 Lariat trade in has also increased 10K in value since my order but my dealer refuses to discuss it. I've bought 7 vehicles from him over the years! If I walk away, he could care less because he doesn't have a 2021 F150 on the lot. Not much bargaining power...
Looks like the folks that responded to my post were correct. Just a bunch of well chosen words in reply that basically say suck it up and don’t bother us. Ford customer service just dumped it back to the salesman. Here is the reply
