Ding, Ding, Ding. FLPB gets the prize. It was indeed the drive side door handle. Bad antenna. Replace door handle and everything works as it should. I was ready to turn it in!

I only accept Western Union... Glad you got it figured out and fixed! That kind of thing drives me nuts.

The dealership had to replace the whole handle, damn electronics!

Sorry to bring up an old thread. Is this still not an option? It's listed on my screen setting in the truck, but I can't get it to work with the screen, or Forscan.

It was never an option. This thread is about a failure that mimicked this feature.

Did you truck come with that setting, or did you enable the switch in FORscan? Because if you made the change in the APIM all you did was add the switch, not the feature.

Mine seems to be hitting this same issue! It clicks a bunch of times when I walk up to the truck. XLT 302a as well. I’ll clean the door handles and see if that helps and/or a dealer trip in I guess…
