I can take one later, but it looks just like the other side. It was rubbing on the inside lower flap that is connected to the felt liner with plastic push pins. They cut part of that flap initially.
I had mine replaced under warranty. Initially the tech just cut it, which wasn't mentioned to me. Once I saw that and brought it to their attention, a new liner was on its way pretty quickly.
Would this only apply to trucks that have been updated through FDRS manually or possibly any trucks with glare free activated? Or too soon to tell? I have it active through Forscan, but have not used FDRS. I haven't noticed any changes to glare free yet.
Gotcha. I didn't realize there were scale specific tail lights. I guess I haven't seen scales or no scales listed on the lights I've seen for sale and just assumed they were all the same for the higher end trucks. Been considering swapping to the BAP/Tremor tails, so I have browsed a few.
I...
I think the scales just use the brake light LEDs. I could be wrong though.
Appreciate the offer of the values, but I wouldn't know what modules etc. to compare. I'm still not sure how to utilize any tabs on the spreadsheet beyond the common tab. I'm new to the Forscan world.
Not sure. I ordered in October or November of 21. Built first week of Jan. 22. They were separate options. Scales may have required CCD, but not the other way around. I've seen a few others with CCD and no scales on here. I've seen your posts about the hardware being there, which makes me think...
I've searched, but haven't really seen a definitive answer. Is it possible to enable Bed Scales via Forscan if you have CCD shocks already? I enabled scales on the easy version of Forscan and the option showed up on the screen, but said they weren't available when I tapped it.
Just added glare free in my January 22 build before a road trip to the mountains and it is amazing to see how it works. I was getting annoyed with auto high beams essentially flashing oncoming traffic if the cars were spaced just far enough apart. This eliminates that and adds all the other...
There's another thread on here that pointed me to the black mesh wind fairing for the pano roof. That is the culprit for me. Hit it with some febreze, so tbd if that works. I guess it sits in the drain track or gets wet and just gets sour. -1 for the moon roof.
Yeah, I'd leave it just how it is. Not sure if you have bed liner, mat, or cover on the bed. I have all three and it dropped mine close enough to level that I'm happy with it, but still has a slight rake for the occasional tow. $ spent on functional items for a similar result. Just another...
Mine has done this a handful of times. Only towing a small utility trailer, so not a big deal... just annoying. Disconnecting and reconnecting the lights/plug has made it go away each time. It does seem like it's some connection issue with the plug or adapter.
4x4 lariat with max tow, sunroof, power tailgate, bed liner, bed mat, and tonneau. This was a road trip in Fl, mostly interstate with cruise at 76. I'm happy with these numbers considering the added weight of accessories. Tire psi makes a big difference in mpg on these trucks. This was at 44/42.
Mine would continuously click/unlock automatically when I approached the passenger door. I cleaned the inside of the door handle and it hasn't done it since. I never had it lock automatically though. My guess is something is up with your door handle/sensor. Clean the lock button on the exterior...
Not sure what to think... dropped and picked my truck today and everything is fine so far, but I'm confused about what was done vs. what should be done.
SSM 51134 is noted, which from what I can find, states to replace the 2 spigots. What ended up being replaced was the exhaust pipe...
Did yours just dump coolant? Mine was a very slow leak I noticed for awhile. I just monitored coolant levels and finally took the truck in when I knew I could be without it for a few days. If they give you bad news on a timeline, hopefully they can just top you off and you can get back on the road.
My replacement parts were ordered Wednesday and I was told they should be in by Monday. I believe it's the entire unit and elbows/tubes. I can drive it in the meantime.
I own an Oxford and would probably have gone Avalanche if it was available. Not crazy about Space or Star White, but Avalanche does it for me. Can't go wrong though.
